Member of the Paris Bar since 1995, A-Laure CHEVALLIER-SANMARTY received a Master's degree in French and English law (Diplôme d’étude juridique anglo-américaine, Maîtrise/D.E.J.A, Nanterre University)(1991), an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent (Canterbury, the United Kingdom)(1992), and a Master's degree in business and tax law from Paris 2 University (1993). She joined Philippe AUZAS' team in 1994 and has been practicing in the field of economic law and contract law, providing advices and handling litigations for both French and foreign clients. She also handles corporate law and oil and gas law matters in the context of complex projects involving the analysis, the negotiation and the drafting of contracts both in French and in English.
