Our firm, which has a human scale, benefits from a specific expertise due to its founding partners' background: oil and gas law (assistance of independent oil and gas companies in the French mining sector, handling relations with the regulatory authorities, negotiations of production sharing agreements and of oil and gas services agreements).
Furthermore, with a view to transmit their experience and to train younger lawyers, several of our lawyers are giving lectures to students following the business and tax law Master's degree of Paris 2 University and the energy law and governance Master's degree of Aix - Marseille University.
